I went round in the porsche, and have now ugraded it to the max. I can't remember how much, but i then had enough for a porsche 911 gt2. Allthough i lost 5,000, i still got a lot of money from the gallardo. did a couple of drift races, and sold it for 5,000. Completed career mode with this car, and sold it immediately, and bought the nissan 250sx for 10,000. I then sold the mazda and bought the dodge viper which is the best possible car to get at that point, then did a few more races and sold the dodge viper and managed to by a lambourgini gallardo. I found that i completed all of the races up to the end of the second city with the mazda speed which i bought right at the start of the game, with NO upgrades. If anyone has tips for Modern Combat, I would appreciate it as I can't even get a little into it, the controls I really struggle with it seems.

every car I bought I would upgrade everything when possible (cash) to help win the races Steer into the drift to stop it and away from it to get more drift angle.Ģ40SX, Firebird, Mazdaspeed3, Solstice GXP, Lancer EVO, Viper, 67 Mustang (MISTAKE), Viper (again), Zonda F My drifting technique is to quickly turn the wheel to start the drift and then use the "wheel" to keep the drift from going too far where you will spin out. Style points don't pay alot but every little bet helps so try drifting when possible to get them. To build up cash, keep repeating races that you can win - even if they only payout 2-3 thousand each win and use that money to upgrade the car. You get thousands of style points when you lead a lap. I built up lots of style points (over 20,000 per race with the Viper) in the Port Crescent - The Main Event - Lap KO race 2.
